All Coaching is done via phone. 


Coaching is always one-to-one, so you get my complete focused attention.


At the end of every session, you will receive a focused individualized action plan based on the topics and recommendations discussed in the session.  All actions are selected by you, as I always honor your choice in how to move forward. The action plans eliminate distractions and support you to achieve your goals.  This will help you stay on track, hold you accountable, and make your success inevitable.

Along with the focused individualized action plans, you also receive worksheets that help you track what is important to you in each session. Plus, you’ll receive beneficial bonus handouts tailored to the experience.  You will also get links to my favorite articles and online resources to help you navigate your unique path, as well as some delicious, healthy, quick and easy recipes that you can create at home. 

In addition to the weekly action plans, worksheets, handouts, and additional bonuses, you will receive ongoing access to me via email, for those pressing questions and concerns you need clarified between sessions.
